Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common office spaces.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Perform basic data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
