Job Description

Target is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at our St. George, Staten Island location. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for our guests. You will learn all aspects of store operations, from customer service to merchandising, in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Help guests locate products, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with product displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Target products, services, and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
