Job Description

Target in Sunnyvale is seeking enthusiastic Personal Shoppers/Order Pickers to join our dedicated team. This is a fast-paced, entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re equipped with all the skills needed to succeed. You’ll be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online orders, ensuring our guests receive their items promptly and correctly. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and scan items for online orders using handheld devices.
- Navigate the store efficiently to locate products quickly.
- Ensure product quality and freshness, especially for perishable goods.
- Stage completed orders for pickup or delivery in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leaders.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent guest service when interacting with customers on the sales floor.
