Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Buying & Assortment Intern to join our Headquarters team in Orlando. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of retail buying, merchandising, and assortment planning. You will work closely with experienced buyers and category managers, contributing to crucial projects that directly impact our product offerings and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist buying teams with market research, trend analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify new product opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of assortment plans, including product selection, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for vendor meetings and internal strategy sessions.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and store operations, to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Learn to utilize retail planning software and internal systems for data entry and analysis.
