Job Description
Are you looking for a fantastic first job or a flexible part-time role that’s fun and rewarding? Creamery Lane London is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Parlor Servers to join our team in Westminster! No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. You’ll be the face of our parlor, creating delightful experiences for our customers by serving up our delicious treats with a smile. Full training will be provided to help you master everything from scooping the perfect cone to operating the till.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices
- Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert items
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the counter, serving areas, and seating
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly demeanor
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
