Job Description
Are you passionate about video games and love helping others? Keywords Studios is seeking enthusiastic Online Gaming Support Agents to join our remote chat support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our gaming community, resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring a positive gaming experience for everyone. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level role for those new to customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to player inquiries via live chat.
- Efficiently troubleshoot common in-game issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Accurately identify and escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff or specialized teams when necessary.
- Proactively educate players on game features, mechanics, rules, and best practices to enhance their enjoyment.
- Maintain meticulous and detailed records of all player interactions, issues, and resolutions within our support systems.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements to ensure high-quality support.
