Job Description

As Cabin Crew, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout their journey. This entry-level role provides comprehensive training for individuals passionate about customer service, safety, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a vibrant team, working across various routes and experiencing the thrill of air travel while delivering our renowned ‘Friendly low fares’ service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and aircraft in accordance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and communicate safety procedures clearly to passengers.
- Serve food, beverages, and duty-free products, handling transactions accurately.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarkation, and in-flight needs, including those with special requirements.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency, including medical emergencies or disruptive passengers.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to uniform guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a cabin crew team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately.
