Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage sales orders from inception to completion.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with precision and confidentiality.
- Generate and prepare various sales reports, presentations, and related documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, providing excellent service.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling and correspondence.
- Actively participate in all provided training programs to learn new systems, processes, and sales support techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, or a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
