Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an incredible opportunity for a BCBA looking to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral assessment and intervention services, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs or other behavioral technicians. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on client-centered care and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff.
- Train parents, caregivers, and staff on the implementation of behavior analytic strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and graph data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Required Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments and developing comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age ranges.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience in a clinical, school, or home-based setting.
