Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and organize corporate compliance documents, both physical and digital.
- Perform regular audits of filing systems to ensure completeness and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist in retrieving documents for internal reviews, regulatory requests, and external audits in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and client information at all times.
- Scan, index, and archive documents into electronic record-keeping systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and correct submission of compliance-related paperwork.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, missing documents, or issues in document filing and record-keeping.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the compliance department.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry.
