Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Hilton Glasgow as a Hotel Breakfast Staff member! We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to help us deliver an exceptional start to the day for our guests. As Hotel Breakfast Staff, you will be an integral part of our morning operations, ensuring that our breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to provide a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service, making sure every guest enjoys their breakfast experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and preparing the breakfast buffet area before service begins, ensuring all food and beverage items are stocked and presented beautifully.
- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with any requests or inquiries during breakfast service.
- Replenishing food and beverage items on the buffet throughout the service period to maintain freshness and availability.
- Clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining environment for all guests.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as toasting bread, brewing coffee, and preparing juices.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen support areas.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Required Skills
