Job Description
Are you passionate about ethical beauty and eager to connect with customers? Lush Cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic Pop-up Shop Brand Representatives for temporary contracts in Weymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to bring the Lush experience directly to the public through engaging pop-up events. You will be the face of our brand, educating customers on our unique products and values, driving sales, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers, demonstrating products and sharing the Lush story and values.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively showcasing products and promotions.
- Maintain an inviting and well-stocked pop-up shop appearance, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with pop-up shop setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are handled with care.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve future pop-up experiences.
Required Skills
