Job Description

Quantum Innovations Lab is seeking a motivated Web3 Community & Discord Management Intern to join our growing team. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of community building, engagement strategies, and content moderation within the blockchain space. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and active environment for our community members across various platforms, primarily Discord. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects that are shaping the next generation of the internet.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate discussions on Discord, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment.
- Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide support related to our projects.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, AMAs, and contests.
- Help create engaging content (announcements, FAQs, social media snippets) for community channels.
- Gather community feedback and relay insights to the development and marketing teams.
- Onboard new community members and educate them about our Web3 ecosystem.
- Track key community metrics and assist in preparing reports.
Required Skills
- Strong interest and basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Discord and other community platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience participating in Web3 communities (e.g., as a moderator, active member).
