Job Description
Join Shopify as a Remote Membership Coordinator, providing crucial email-based support to our vibrant community of merchants. You will be the primary point of contact for membership-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to membership inquiries and support requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update member accounts, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding membership benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support resources and FAQs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall member experience.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in using email management systems and CRM software.
