Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Document Reviewer to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home regardless of your immediate surroundings – we understand that not everyone has a perfectly quiet office environment, and we value your ability to focus and deliver quality work regardless. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing various types of documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working independently within structured guidelines. Full training on our specific systems and processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and categorize a high volume of documents according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Identify key information, extract relevant data, and flag discrepancies or issues as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security throughout all review processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding any challenges or ambiguities encountered during review.
- Adhere to project deadlines and productivity targets.
- Utilize document review software and other digital tools efficiently after training.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace (not necessarily quiet).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative, data entry, or document processing roles (12 months+).
- Familiarity with document management systems or legal technology.
