Job Description

Are you a natural entertainer with a flair for creating fun and excitement? Mecca Bingo is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as a Bingo Hall Caller & Floor Staff in our lively London venue. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be the life of the party, engaging with our wonderful customers and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a readiness to learn. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities

  • Call bingo numbers clearly and engagingly, maintaining an exciting atmosphere.
  • Interact positively with customers, helping them with game rules and queries.
  • Sell bingo tickets, electronic bingo packages, and other merchandise.
  • Process payments and handle cash accurately.
  • Verify winning tickets and distribute prizes.
  • Roam the bingo hall floor, providing assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bingo hall and equipment.
  • Promote upcoming events and special offers to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and gaming regulations.
