Job Description
Ipsos is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Online Survey Panel Manager to join our growing remote team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our market research initiatives by overseeing the recruitment, engagement, and retention of participants for our online survey panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online communities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for online panel recruitment and growth across various demographics.
- Monitor panel health, activity levels, and member satisfaction to ensure high-quality participation.
- Manage and maintain communication channels with panel members, including newsletters, announcements, and support queries.
- Implement engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant and active panel community.
- Collaborate with project managers and research teams to ensure panel availability meets project requirements.
- Analyze panel performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay informed about best practices in online community management and market research panel operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to panel platforms and member access.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical research guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online community management or panel coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and basic office software.
