Job Description

No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to ensure you succeed. You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving household and office items, packing, unpacking, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every move. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload moving trucks.
- Pack and unpack items using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Wrap and pad furniture to prevent damage during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble basic furniture pieces as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of moving equipment and trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
