Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor to join our team in Tavistock. This active role involves distributing marketing materials, primarily flyers and leaflets, to designated residential areas on foot. You will be a vital part of our local marketing efforts, helping to raise awareness of properties for sale and our services within the community. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, are physically active, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately distribute marketing flyers and leaflets to residential properties within specified routes in Tavistock and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to designated walking routes and distribution schedules.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Connells Estate Agents in the community.
- Report on completed routes and any observed issues or feedback.
- Ensure all marketing materials are distributed neatly and in appropriate locations.
- Maintain a good level of physical fitness to cover daily walking routes.
