Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Remote Freight Broker Agents. This is a unique opportunity to build your own book of business and control your earning potential from the comfort of your home. As an agent, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth, timely delivery of goods. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for those passionate about sales, logistics, and entrepreneurship. This role is 100% remote, offering unparalleled flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing client accounts.
- Identify and qualify potential shipping leads through various prospecting methods.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with both shippers and carriers.
- Coordinate the efficient and timely movement of goods, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned.
- Track shipments and provide proactive communication to clients regarding status updates.
- Resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
