Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Nightclub Cloakroom Attendant for weekend nights in Sutton. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the vibrant nightlife sector. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for managing guest belongings, ensuring a smooth and secure service, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist with the storage of coats and bags.
- Accurately issue and manage cloakroom tickets.
- Safely store and retrieve guest belongings, maintaining organisation.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure cloakroom area throughout shifts.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and provide helpful information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Handle transactions accurately if cash handling is required.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
