Job Description

Are you passionate about gaming and helping others? Xbox Game Studios is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Remote Online Gaming Support Agent. This is a 100% remote position where you’ll provide outstanding chat-based support to our global player community. If you love gaming and have a knack for solving problems with a friendly attitude, we want to hear from you! Full training will be provided, so prior experience in customer service isn’t required – just a genuine desire to learn and assist fellow gamers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate chat-based support to players experiencing technical issues, billing inquiries, game-play questions, and general account assistance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot player problems efficiently, guiding them through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of player satisfaction through empathetic, professional, and efficient communication.
  • Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, updates, and platform changes to provide informed support.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes.
