Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Tax Refund Processing Clerks. We have both seasonal positions to help manage the increased workload during peak tax seasons and permanent roles for those looking for a stable career path. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing tax refund applications, verifying client information, and ensuring all data is correctly entered into our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process tax refund applications and related documentation.
- Verify client personal and financial information against submitted records.
- Perform precise data entry into internal tax processing software and databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to resolve queries or request missing information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Assist senior tax professionals and other team members during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and company procedures.
- Organise and manage physical and digital files efficiently.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
