Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% remote and focused exclusively on nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving renewals without the need for cold calling. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of existing Salesforce clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the existing account.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, present new solutions, and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators.
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company or with B2B software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue or retention targets.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and enterprise software solutions.
