Job Description
Are you passionate about sneakers and streetwear? Do you love helping people discover their next favorite pair of kicks or outfit? Sole & Style Collective is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our growing team in Tillsonburg. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is eager to share their passion for urban fashion. No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with all customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect sneakers, apparel, and accessories, offering style advice and product knowledge.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising displays and product replenishment.
- Stay informed about current sneaker releases, streetwear trends, and brand stories to better serve customers.
- Process incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and prepare items for the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
