Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Traffic Citations Processing Clerk to join our team in South Bend. This is a crucial sit-down role responsible for accurately processing a high volume of traffic citations and related documents. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and record traffic citations, ensuring all data fields are correctly entered into the system.
- Review citation forms for completeness and accuracy, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Communicate with law enforcement agencies and internal departments to resolve processing issues.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all processed citations.
- Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to citation processing volumes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding citation status from internal personnel.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data verification.
