Job Description
Join the Coles Supermarkets team in Bendigo as a Late Night Retail Assistant. This casual role offers flexible late-night shifts and attractive penalty rates, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking work outside standard hours. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our store remains well-stocked, clean, and ready for our customers, even in the quieter hours. Key Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are tidy and appealing.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the store, particularly aisles and stock rooms.
- Operating cash registers and processing customer transactions efficiently (as needed).
- Assisting customers with inquiries and locating products.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and security procedures, especially during late hours.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for late-night shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
