Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Online File Management Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently organise, categorise, and tag digital files according to established protocols.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of digital archives and databases.
- Assist team members with quick and accurate retrieval of necessary documents.
- Ensure all digital file naming conventions and storage policies are consistently applied.
- Regularly audit digital file systems to identify and resolve discrepancies or redundancies.
