Job Description

You will be supporting individuals with disabilities in their homes and within the community, helping them to live more independently and engage fully with life. Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care (showering, dressing), meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals to access and participate in community activities, appointments, and social outings.
- Assist with medication administration and other health-related supports as required (following training).
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and reports.
- Promote independence, choice, and control for the individuals you support.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for clients.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and commit to ongoing training and development.
- A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Previous volunteer experience in a support role.
