Job Description
Join Commonwealth Bank as a Remote Office Coordinator, a pivotal role supporting our corporate operations entirely from your home office. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who excels in a virtual environment, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of our remote teams and projects. You will be the central point of contact for various administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and connectivity across our distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate virtual meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes for various corporate teams.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate internal communications, including drafting announcements, newsletters, and policy updates for remote staff.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new remote employees, preparing necessary digital resources and access.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior management when required, adhering to company policies.
