Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear, calm, and concise instructions to callers, ensuring their safety and preparedness.
- Maintain composure and professionalism at all times, especially during high-stress situations.
- Collaborate effectively with field response teams, supervisors, and other agencies.
- Successfully complete all required training modules, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to all operational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
