Job Description
Bunnings Warehouse Busselton is seeking enthusiastic and physically capable individuals to join our team as a Timber Yard Hand. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the building and construction materials industry. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and preparation of timber products, supporting both our retail and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload timber and building materials from delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain the timber yard, ensuring products are stored correctly and aisles are clear.
- Assist customers with timber selection, cutting, and loading.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (with training provided) to move heavy materials.
- Perform regular stocktakes and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the yard is clean, tidy, and compliant with all safety standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.

- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Driver's License.
- Experience working in an outdoor environment (even non-related).
