Job Description
Join our dedicated hotel services team as a Laundry Attendant for a casual day roster. This essential role is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our prestigious hotel in Bath. You will be responsible for the efficient processing of all hotel linen, ensuring it is impeccably clean, pressed, and ready for use across various departments. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold all hotel linens, including sheets, towels, and uniforms, according to established procedures.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and ironers.
- Inspect linens for stains or damage, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of clean linen to various hotel departments.
- Monitor inventory levels of detergents and other laundry supplies.
- Assist with other general hotel duties as needed.
