Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote Property Management Admin to provide essential administrative support to our bustling property management division. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of property managers.
- Handle tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documents.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with tenants, tradespeople, and landlords.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and databases.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and meetings as required.
- Process invoices and reconcile minor financial records.
