Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Wealth Management Receptionist in our professional corporate environment. This role is crucial for creating a positive first impression for our valued clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting our wealth management advisors and contributing to an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing check-ins and announcements.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for client appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area and common spaces.
- Provide administrative support to wealth management advisors as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Coordinate catering for client meetings and internal events.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a corporate or financial services reception role (1+ year preferred).
- Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
