Job Description
Join the Timezone Cairns team as a Casual Arcade Staff member! We’re seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to assist in the daily operations of our busy entertainment center. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible day shifts and an opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic environment. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an amazing time, from assisting with games to maintaining a clean and safe venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Educate guests on game operation, promotions, and prize redemption.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade floor, games, and facilities.
- Monitor game functionality and report any issues to management.
- Assist with prize counter operations and stock replenishment.
- Ensure all guests adhere to safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and fun atmosphere for all visitors.
