Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Email Support Specialist to join our customer service team. This is a 100% writing-based remote role, meaning there are no phone calls involved. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through email correspondence, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in tech support without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Accurately identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues related to products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear, concise, and grammatically correct written explanations and instructions.
