Job Description
Join the Hertz team in Mount Gambier as a Vehicle Groomer and play a crucial role in preparing our diverse fleet for customer rentals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Execute exterior washing, waxing, and polishing to maintain vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage, reporting findings to the appropriate department.
- Replenish vehicle consumables such as fuel, oil, and windshield washer fluid.
- Perform basic checks like tire pressure and fluid levels.
- Safely move vehicles within the branch premises and to designated parking areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wash bay and grooming area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely dispatch.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License (essential for moving vehicles).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
