Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized sales experience to clients, guiding them through our extensive collection of luxury watches and fine jewelry.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through expert product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and heritage of our brands and products, showcasing their unique value.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining the pristine condition and visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
• Accurately process sales transactions, manage inventory, and handle client information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Actively participate in training sessions and stay informed on industry trends, new collections, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work within a commission-based structure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport.
• Strong product knowledge or a quick aptitude to learn about luxury watches and fine jewelry.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and client relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by a luxury retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• GIA certification or equivalent gemological training.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French) to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Existing network of high-net-worth clients or experience with clienteling.
