Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Vehicle Groomer to join our car rental fleet team in Footscray. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, offering a consistent schedule and a supportive team environment. As a Vehicle Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are meticulously cleaned and presented to the highest standards for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Conduct exterior washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any new damage and report findings to management.
- Replenish vehicle essentials (e.g., fuel level checks, basic fluid checks if qualified).
- Move vehicles safely within the lot and to designated service areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Australian Driver's License (manual and automatic).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
