Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Painter’s Offsider to join our Facilities Maintenance team in Mildura. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, part-time day work with a focus on clean and organized job sites. As a Painter’s Offsider, you will play a crucial support role to our experienced painters, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. No prior painting experience is strictly required; we value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting qualified painters with preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Handling and transporting painting equipment and materials to and from job sites.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the painting process.
- Cleaning brushes, rollers, and other tools after use.
- Performing general site clean-up and waste disposal.
- Following all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications
