Job Description
Join The Rec Room team as an Arcade Token Collector & Cleaner! This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals seeking easy indoor work with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the fun and cleanliness of our vibrant arcade area, ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly collect tokens from arcade machines and collection points.
- Clean arcade machines, surfaces, and general game area to maintain a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Monitor token levels in machines and report any discrepancies or issues to supervision.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries and directions within the arcade area.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as wiping down screens and game controls.
- Empty waste bins and manage refuse in the arcade area.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the appropriate team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light items (up to 15 lbs) for extended periods.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
