No prior experience in security is required; we provide all necessary paid firearms training and professional development to equip you for success. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and secure transportation of cash and valuables for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in all paid firearms training and security protocol instruction.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security regulations.
- Operate armored vehicles safely and according to established routes and schedules.
- Safely load, unload, and transport cash, valuables, and other sensitive materials.
- Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and dispatch.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25kg) and wear protective gear.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and security protocols.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
