Job Description

Browns Socialhouse in Parksville is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Bar and Waiting Staff team! Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
- Handle cash and card payments using our POS system.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant sections.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
