Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record caller information and incident details into dispatch systems.
  • Prioritise and allocate resources effectively under pressure.
  • Maintain composure and effective communication in high-stress situations.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other emergency service personnel.
