Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Rapidly assess situations to determine the nature and urgency of assistance required.
- Provide clear pre-arrival instructions to callers, including first aid and safety advice.
- Accurately record caller information and incident details into dispatch systems.
- Prioritise and allocate resources effectively under pressure.
- Maintain composure and effective communication in high-stress situations.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other emergency service personnel.
