Job Description

Join Optus as a WFH Support Specialist, providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. This casual position is perfect for individuals seeking flexible day shifts to support our customers with their service inquiries, technical issues, and account management. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Optus products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, mobile, and other telecommunication services.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and service upgrades/downgrades.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.
