Job Description

Our ‘Barista Trainee’ program is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on training to individuals who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training modules covering coffee preparation, machine operation, and customer service standards.
- Learn to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including coffee equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Assist with stocking inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
