Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our multidisciplinary team in Wembley, Brent. This role is crucial in supporting individuals with various behavioral health challenges, helping them achieve their recovery goals within a structured and therapeutic environment. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work directly with service users, implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and providing essential support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to service users in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Assist with the implementation of therapeutic interventions and behavioral support strategies.
- Monitor and record service user's behavior, mood, and progress accurately.
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities and promote their independence.
- Support service users with daily living activities as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- Observe and report any changes in service user's condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Offer compassionate support and de-escalation techniques when needed.

- First Aid and Basic Life Support certification.
