Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Black Friday Queue Manager to oversee guest flow and ensure a safe, efficient, and positive shopping experience during our busiest season. This temporary role is crucial for managing crowds, directing guests, and maintaining an orderly environment inside and outside our store on Black Friday and the surrounding peak shopping days. You will be responsible for implementing crowd control strategies, communicating with guests, and collaborating with store leadership to manage high-volume traffic effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement queue management strategies for high-traffic areas, including store entrances, checkout lines, and popular product sections.
- Actively monitor guest flow and adjust queue lines as needed to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety.
- Provide clear and friendly directions to guests regarding store layout, product locations, and checkout procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues to store leadership.
- Collaborate with security personnel and store team members to enforce safety protocols and maintain a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Report any potential hazards, security concerns, or significant disruptions to store leadership immediately.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of queue barriers and signage as required.
- Train and guide other seasonal team members on crowd control best practices as needed.
