Job Description
Are you a fan of fun, festivals, and the sweet smell of success? Starbright Fairground Services is seeking a cheerful and energetic Candy Floss Machine Operator to join our team at our bustling food stand in McKinney. As a key part of our fairground family, you will be responsible for creating perfect swirls of candy floss, engaging with customers, and ensuring our stand is always a welcoming and hygienic spot for fairgoers. Full training on the candy floss machine will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals ready to dive into the vibrant world of fairgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a commercial candy floss machine safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve candy floss to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor and replenish stock of sugar, sticks, and other supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure a delightful experience.
- Assist with stand setup and breakdown as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
